Definitions

For the purposes of Warp VR security, privacy, and compliance documentation, the following definitions apply:

Warp VR Warp Industries B.V., trading as “Warp VR”, the legal entity that develops, owns, and operates the Warp VR platform, applications, and related services.

Warp Studio The cloud-based authoring, management, and analytics platform provided by Warp VR, used by customers and partners to create, configure, publish, manage, and analyze interactive VR training scenarios.

Warp VR Applications (or “Warp VR Apps”) The software applications provided by Warp VR that allow Trainees to access and play VR training scenarios created in Warp Studio, including mobile, web, and headset-based applications.

Workspace An isolated customer environment within the Warp VR platform that contains users, scenarios, configurations, and training data.

Member A user with access to Warp Studio who can create, manage, analyze, or administer training content and users within a workspace.

Trainee An end user who accesses and plays training scenarios through Warp VR applications or via an integrated Learning Management System (LMS).

Scenario An interactive VR training experience created in Warp Studio, including its structure, logic, media assets, versions, and configuration.

Training Data Data generated when trainees interact with scenarios, including attempts, choices, scores, timestamps, and device information.
