Introduction

At Warp VR, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support the creation of high-quality immersive learning experiences while maintaining the highest standards of privacy, security, and responsible technology use. This policy explains why we use AI, how it is implemented within our platform, how data is handled, and how we ensure compliance with applicable laws and security standards.

This policy applies to all current and future AI-powered features within Warp VR, including the AI Scenario Builder.

Purpose and Vision

Warp VR applies AI to assist instructional designers, subject-matter experts, and learning professionals in efficiently creating interactive training scenarios. Our AI Scenario Builder supports the writing and story building phase of scenario creation by providing guided suggestions and drafting assistance.

AI within Warp VR is designed as a co-authoring and productivity tool, not as an autonomous content generator. Final responsibility for instructional quality, content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and deployment decisions always remains with the customer.

Our long-term vision is to introduce AI features that streamline creative workflows while preserving full human control, transparency, and pedagogical integrity.

Human Oversight and Responsible Use

Warp VR applies a strict human-in-the-loop approach to all AI functionality. AI outputs are suggestions that must always be reviewed, validated, and approved by the user before being used in production training.

AI features do not automatically publish or deploy content. Warp VR does not replace professional judgment, instructional design expertise, or regulatory validation processes. Customers remain responsible for ensuring that all training content meets their legal, educational, and organizational requirements.

Infrastructure, Hosting, and Security Controls

Warp VR’s AI features are deployed using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock in the Frankfurt (EU-Central-1) region, ensuring that AI processing takes place within the European Union in a GDPR-compliant environment.

Warp VR is ISO 27001 certified, and AI features are governed under the same Information Security Management System (ISMS) as the rest of the Warp VR platform. This includes:

AWS Bedrock provides contractual and technical guarantees that customer inputs and outputs are not shared with model providers and are not used to train or improve foundation models.
